Unitronic Stage 2 Performance Software for Audi RS 6 / RS 7 4.0TFSI EA825 + CSF Radiators

For the Audi C8 RS 6 and RS 7 powered by the 4.0TFSI EA825 (DJPB) engine, Unitronic® Stage 2 Performance Software is now available. With testing and validations are completed, Unitronic Stage 2 93octane/98ron Performance Software increases power outputs by up to +219HP / +166LB-FT for a maximum of 819HP / 760LB-FT. This software update is completely compatible with our UniCONNECT+ cable, enabling Customers to tune their cars directly through the OBD-2 port in only a few minutes from the convenience of their own home or garage.

AVAILABLE UNITRONIC SOFTWARE

Unitronic Engineers recalibrated the BOSCH MG1 ECU to achieve optimum performance through an increase in boost, optimised ignition timing, lambda, camshaft timing, and much more. They did this with a wealth of experience and a solid foundation of Performance Hardware and Software offerings for the C8 RS 6 and RS 7. Further dyno, track, and road testing are being conducted as part of ongoing research and development. High-speed data logging tools and equipment are being used to closely monitor the running conditions in order to ensure that maximum performance is attained while maintaining 100% OEM-like reliability and drivability.

Numerous empirical data was gathered after extensive development time and numerous hours of flash protocol testing. After conducting a comprehensive examination, Unitronic calibrators provide Performance Software that is fully tuned for optimal performance while preserving dependability and driveability. As a result, Unitronic's UniCONNECT+ cable is able to fully support Stage 2 (91 octane/95 RON) and Stage 2 (93 octane/98 RON) ECU calibrations.

Unitronic Engineers have meticulously modelled, examined, and evaluated all factory components in order to create these Stage 2 ECU calibrations, while also identifying limits and limitations associated with OEM hardware. Therefore, Unitronic's Carbon Fiber Intake System and Turbo Inlets, Unitronic Performance Downpipes (coming soon), and CSF High-Performance Intercooler System for C8 RS 6/RS 7 are all necessary to achieve advertised power figures and ensure vehicle reliability and enable Stage 2 Performance Software power output.

REQUIRED HARDWARE UPGRADES

By maximising airflow and removing pre-compressor constraints inside the factory system, Unitronic's full Carbon Fiber Intake System with Turbo Inlets achieves enormous increases of up to 58HP / 54LB-FT (Stage 2 93oct), netting up to 99.8% more flow than stock. This Intake System enables you to customise your engine bay with a high-end look to match its superior performance. It comes in five different finishes, including Gloss Carbon, Matte Carbon, Forged Carbon, Red Carbon Kevlar, and Blue Carbon Kevlar. Additionally, the Turbo Inlets feature modular adapter rings to allow for fitments with both the stock and hybrid turbos.

The CSF High-Performance Intercooler System for C8 RS 6/RS 7 is now available from Unitronic and is highly recommended. Unitronic is also excited to announce its relationship with CSF Race on the C8 RS 6/RS 7 platform. The ineffectiveness of the factory intercoolers and their inability to meet the needs of a tuned 4.0TFSI EA825 engine were rapidly discovered during the creation of Unitronic Performance Software. With their CSF's High-Performance Intercooler Upgrade System, our partners at CSF and PWR have worked to deliver Formula-1 performance to the car aftermarket. In order to achieve enhanced efficiency, resistance to heat soak even under the harshest and most demanding situations, as well as superior cooling performance, Unitronic decided to put the product to the test.

The PWR intercooler core is the most significant component of the CSF High-Performance Intercooler Upgrade. The addition of this core, which is distinct from any other one available for the C8 RS 6/RS 7, was made possible by CSF's strategic partnership with PWR. The CSF High-Performance Intercooler Upgrade System for the C8 RS 6/RS 7 delivered on its promise of significantly lower Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) from stock turbo Stage 1 all the way to Stage 3 (coming soon) with updated hybrid turbochargers during all in-house testing and certification.
