Unitronic has unveiled its Performance ECU Software for the 2022-2025 Audi RS3 equipped with the 2.5TFSI EVO DXH engine, promising significant performance gains. With Stage 2 E85 software, power output increases by up to +201HP and +152LB-FT, bringing total output to 638HP and 534LB-FT.
This software supports at-home tuning via the OBD-2 port using UniCONNECT+. Notably, Unitronic’s UniFLEX system allows for true flex-fuel capability, seamlessly blending ethanol and gasoline fuels without ECU reflashing. UniFLEX includes a plug-and-play ethanol sensor and Bluetooth connectivity with the UniE85 Manager App for easy monitoring.
The update also introduces Unitronic Advanced Features (UAF), enabling adjustable launch control, rolling launch control, and exhaust overrun (pops and bangs) directly from the driver’s seat.
Unitronic’s hardware lineup for the 8Y RS3 includes a carbon fiber intake, performance downpipe, intercooler upgrade, and dogbone mounts to complement the ECU tuning.
Support for similar engines in the global market, including the Cupra Formentor VZ5, is coming soon. Unitronic also teased future Stage 3 upgrades for even more performance.
