John Wargo of The Custom Shop shows us around the 1966 Ford Mustang they built for SEMA 2022 at the Sony booth. This wild build features some cool additions like a Coyote V8 swap with custom ram air styled to look like old school velocity stacks. It sits atop a Roadster Shop spec chassis with coilovers and 4-link suspension - a perfect solution to the convertible’s flex. The interior is where The Custom Shop went to town, bringing the themes of the exterior into the cockpit and filling it with Sony entertainment. Perhaps one of the wildest modifications is the motorized lift-up removable roof on actuators.
