CSCS Competitor: Lap Li’s 2000 Honda Civic

Photography by Annie Tong, Ian Rae.

Lap Li was just a student when he first wanted to dip his feet into the world of lapping. Growing up around Hondas, he had an idea of where to start. He purchased his first B-swapped Honda Civic and never looked back. With no formal building experience, Li prides himself in having learned along the way. Li tells us that there is never truly a finished product when it comes to building a competition car, and it pays off to stay the course and keep improving, both mechanically and as a driver. With the help of his team, as well as some world class sponsors, Li maintains an exciting racing career in the CSCS series every year.
