Turn14 Distribution hosted a private event at the Period Correct showroom in order to debut 2 very unique builds. First up, Dai Yoshihara’s F22C-swapped Mercedes 190E - a perfect blend of classic DTM racecar styling and creative engineering, without straying too far from the original spirit of the car. The next build debut is on the other end of the spectrum. Where Dai’s car added an F-series engine, Rywire Motorsport Electronics’ new S2000 build took one out. Where you once found the F-series engine in this S2000, you now find a 2018 Chevy Volt battery pack, and the exterior features some unique styling changes that hint at the EV power plant from afar.
