Meguiar’s is bringing something special to the opening round of the 2026 Formula DRIFT PRO Championship this weekend in Long Beach, California. The company will officially reveal a new anniversary-themed livery for TJ Hunt’s Ferrari 488 GT3 EVO, marking another major moment in Meguiar’s ongoing 125th anniversary celebration. The car first appeared publicly at SEMA Show 2025 in its striking red paint finish, but the original plan always included a custom wrap created by legendary automotive designer Jon Sibal.
Now, Formula DRIFT fans will finally get to see the completed version in person during the Streets of Long Beach event on April 10-11. TJ Hunt is also scheduled to appear at the Meguiar’s booth on Saturday from 1:00 to 1:40 PM, where fans can meet him, grab limited-edition Leen pins featuring the Ferrari, and check out exclusive giveaway items. Alongside the car reveal, Meguiar’s will have its team of detailing experts on-site to offer car care tips and product advice for enthusiasts looking to preserve the finish on everything from daily drivers to show cars.
Meguiar’s originally supported Formula DRIFT during the series’ early years and returned as a sponsor in 2025. The unveiling of Hunt’s Ferrari 488 GT3 EVO serves as both a celebration of the brand’s long history in automotive culture and a showcase of one of the most recognizable builds in the drift world today.
