Ira Alani Fouquette Muñoz grew up in Playas de Tijuana, a place known for low-riders and slammed custom classics. When he was in high school in Orange County, the late 90’s Hondas caught his attention and turned him into a genuine import fan. He quickly grew to love Japanese sedans, and it didn’t take long before he bought one of his own.

In 2009, Muñoz went down to his local Honda dealership in North Carolina and purchased a brand new Acura TSX fresh off the truck. He noticed that building a newer car was a bit of a challenge, especially with minimal aftermarket support, so he decided to take the road less traveled.

Blending his upbringing with his current passion, he decided to combine low-rider style with his new-found love for Japanese sedans and build a full blown show car that would take inspiration from both low-rider culture and JDM style.

With a handful of JDM goods from the Japanese-spec Accord transplanted, he added that low-rider feel like engraved parts, gorgeous flake paint, and classic pin striping. This is one unique TSX that blends the best of both worlds into a show-stopping work of art.
