Tune in to Global Rallycross at X Games Munich!
For the first time since its inaugural season in 2011, Global Rallycross will contest a doubleheader event as part of X Games Munich this coming weekend.

The first race will take place at 9:30AM ET on Saturday, June 29, and will be shown on ABC that night at 7PM ET. The second race will take place on Sunday, June 30, and will be shown live on ESPN starting at 11AM ET. Both races will also be streamed live on ESPN3.com.

Global Rallycross opened the 2013 season as part of X Games Foz do Iguacu on April 21. All three podium finishers earned their first X Games medals in their first tries.

Including Speed, the 17-driver field for X Games Munich includes two-time defending series champion Tanner Foust; defending European rallycross champion Timur Timerzyanov; two-time DTM champion and three-time Race of Champions winner Mattias Ekstrom; Dave Mirra, the all-time leader in X Games medals with 24; and all of the stars of the Global Rallycross tour.

Tokyo Auto Salon 2014: Mihama-ku, Chiba, Japan

The Tokyo Auto Salon 2014 was, at least for me, a great weekend filled with all manners of entertainment and spectacle. All proceeds went toward improving music education and programs in public schools across the U.S. Bids started at only $500, and considering the Pioneer CDJ-2000nexus Professional Multi Player retails for more than two-grand, many brought in much more than a…

Tokyo Auto Salon 2010

Every year we put our daily lives on hold and hop on a plane for Tokyo Auto Salon (TAS). After 13 hours living it up in First Class, we arrive in Japan the following day after crossing the International Date Line. The first order of business when you step off the plane is to grab a DoCoMo cell phone in the airport, which will cost around $60 for the week. Then it’s time to hop on the train and head out to the hotel that booked us in a cramped 10’x10’ room. Since the twin beds were almost touching, our…
