The day started off not too bad; it was grey and cold but at least it was dry. Practice started off great but some of the drivers were having a hard time dealing with the course layout the judges had set-up. Redline Time Attack: Round 2

  The stage was set for great day of practice at Firebird International Raceway, located just south of Phoenix, Arizona. However, Mother Nature had other plans. Racers and teams awoke to steady rain that made for a very soggy morning and a very slippery track. By the time the rain stopped and the clouds began to part, the schedule was well into the afternoon.
