Official Rules & Regulations

1. Sponsor

This contest is sponsored by PASMAG (Performance Auto & Sound Magazine), operated by Performance Productions Media Group, in partnership with Porter Airlines.

2. Eligibility

The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited. Not open to residents of Quebec.

Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of PASMAG, Performance Productions Media Group, Porter Airlines, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to enter.

3. Contest Period

The contest begins February 13 at 12:00 PM (ET) and ends February 22 at 6:00 PM (ET).

Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary.

To enter, participants must complete the official contest entry form and submit all required information during the contest period.

Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated. Duplicate, incomplete, or automated entries may be disqualified.

5. Prizes

Available giveaway items may include:

  • Two (2) round trip Porter Classic tickets provided by Porter Airlines

  • Car parts and automotive products

  • PASMAG magazines and merchandise

  • Additional items as determined by PASMAG

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, have no cash value, and must be accepted as awarded. PASMAG reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Porter Airlines Flight Prize Conditions

The flight prize consists of two (2) round trip Porter Classic tickets on Porter Airlines.

Travel is subject to availability, capacity controls, and blackout dates. Travel must be completed within one (1) year from the date the voucher is issued.

Flights must be booked through the Porter Airlines call centre in accordance with instructions provided to the winner.

The prize does not include ground transportation, accommodations, meals, travel insurance, optional services, taxes not included in the base fare (if applicable), or any additional fees or expenses not specifically stated.

The flight prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. Changes once booked may be subject to fees and fare differences, where permitted. Lost, stolen, or unused tickets will not be replaced.

All travel is subject to Porter Airlines’ published terms and conditions of carriage. PASMAG is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

The draw will take place on or around March 3.

7. Winner Notification

Selected entrants will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry.

If a selected entrant does not respond within 72 hours, PASMAG reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Skill-Testing Question

To be declared a winner, selected entrants must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.

9. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

10. Privacy

By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for contest administration and winner notification purposes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with PASMAG’s privacy practices.

11. General Conditions

PASMAG reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity of the contest.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless PASMAG, Performance Productions Media Group, Porter Airlines, and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance and use of any prize.
