BorgWarner Turbo Systems
Pulling from BorgWarner’s extensive OEM knowledge, all EFR compressor covers have integrated CRV (compressor recirculation valve) ports and mounting. The CRV will allow users who need a blow off valve to simply install a valve and a boost line. No longer does the installer need to buy an entire blow off valve assembly, cut and weld it into the system. That not only takes up precious room but adds a lot of expense. Creating the boost is a forged aluminum, fully milled compressor wheel. The EFR line will be comprised of six billet compressor wheels ranging from 62mm to 91mm OD. All of the wheels will feature Extended Tip Technology to increase boost pressure and flow capabilities.

Super Sound Blow Off Valve VD
The BLITZ Super Sound Blow Off Valve VD (Venturi Drive) incorporates Dual Drive technology for fast valve response and high boost capability. The new Venturi shaped discharge nozzle creates a sharp and dynamic sound during initial actuation and low boost. The large 36mm valve features a special rubber seal to handle high boost pressure. The piston has been coated with a special dry film lubricant to prevent wear and protect against dust and debris. These features add up to a fast acting blow off valve to improve engine and boost response, as well as prolonging the lifespan of the turbocharger itself. An optional recirculating discharge nozzle is available separately in 22mm, 28mm, and 34mm sizes.
SQV 4 Blow-off Valve Kits
In 1994, HKS introduced the first Sequential Blow-Off Valve featuring a unique, pull-type, sequential valve structure and a differential pressure control system. This advanced pull-type relief system allowed for stable operating ranges from low to high boost pressures. Since imitation is the highest form of flattery, HKS has once again redesigned the physical aspects of the Super Sequential Blow Off Valve to thwart off the counterfeiters. Reliable functionality of the Super SQV 4 is unchanged and utilizes the same mounting flanges as all previous generation SSQVs. This assures compatibility with all optional HKS SSQV inserts, recirculation fittings and recirculation kits. Super SQV 4 features include a nickel-plated, die-cast metal secondary valve, which is swaged to the primary valve, a stainless steel C-Clip and spring to increase sealing and durability.
