From the outside, Jang’s car is unmistakable. We give it top marks for originality with its bold graphics, custom wheels and fit stance. An APR widebody kit was selected and the front and rear bumpers were modified to work with it. The hood and fenders were customized with vents, moldings deleted and the entire shell was molded smooth. The car was hit with a 3-stage Lime with Blue Pearl and plastered in graphics from the ARTFACTORY.

Inside the cabin, Jang continued his mission without cutting corners. He selected a set of Sparco Milano Prestige 2 racing seats that were reupholstered in the same fabric as the door cards and rear seat. The Milanos are draped with Sparco 4-point harnesses and complimented with a Flash 5 steering wheel and race pedals. To keep tabs on the vitals, Jang went with a battery of Autometer Nexus gauges including: boost, fuel pressure, oil pressure, EGT, wideband O2 and water temp. The boost is controlled with a GReddy B-Spec boost controller.

On the multimedia tip, Jang has the bases covered. Stemming from a Pioneer D3 double din LCD, the signals are fed to a Zapco ref 360W 4-channel amp and a C2K 600W 2-channel amp to drive Morel Elate 5.25-inch and 6.5-inch speakers. The JL Audio 1000.1 mono amp drives a single JL Audio 12W7 sub for the lows.

At a 4000lb curb weight, Jang’s car isn’t going to smash records at the track. At the same time, it will annihilate most of what is on the road and is very dangerous on a highway pull. PAS is thrilled to see a fresh look coming out of New York and the name Vinny Ten and VTR Racing back in print.
