The track lives up to its moniker as the "Gauntlet" with a 16 degree banked oval along the straightaway and 30 degrees on the turns. The drivers will be challenged on this course and this track is the first on the schedule where drivers utilize the entire oval. This course is very tricky and many drivers have fallen victim to the degree of difficulty that the bank, straightaway, and inside turn creates. Each seat in the house has a great view of the action within the “bowl” and fans will not be disappointed.

The final round on the East Coast at Wall Speedway will be one of the most exciting events of the season. The 2-day event weekend will be filled with the best drifting action in the nation with the top drivers putting it all on the line on the very tricky course. Wall Speedway is a very fan-friendly venue and fans will be treated to a great view of all the action.

DMCC Round 6 2012: St-Eustache, QC

The sixth stop for the DMCC series took place at the Autodrome St Eustache, just north of Montreal, over Labour Day weekend. Two-time DMCC champion, Matt Waldin came out to the event to stir things up, but sadly, on Sunday, his engine let go ending it early. As bad as it was, it would have been nice to see him battling it out in the top 16. Matt was not the only one to suffer engine failures. Francis Tasse and “Paco” both had their engines blow during practice leaving the field already three drivers down. Aside from the engine failures,…

PA Soundfest - State Finals

Pennsylvania is responding well to the attention of Event Director and SQL Judge Chris  Zenner.  The "PA Soundfest - State Finals" was held at Jumpers Junction, an up-scale sports bar and restaurant in Washington, PA.  There were 35 vehicles in SPL, SQL, and Show & Shine contests and lots of spectators in the parking lot on Sunday, September 12th.   On display were quite a few of Team Zenner Mobile Electronics vehicles as well as affiliated exhibits, like Crystal View Window Tinting, Mirror Reflection Professional Detailing and Touring DJ's Michael Joseph and AJ Fresh. The show was a combination of…

Formula Drift Round 5 2013: Seattle, WA

Formula D threw down in Seattle, Washington for the fifth stop on the 2013 tour to perfect weather and a sold-out crowd. The Evergreen Speedway track has been on the schedule since 2006, and has provided some of the most dramatic finishes over the past several years. This year would be no different as there were several major shakeups in the championship point’s standings. Friday’s qualifying was topped by Darren McNamara, piloting his Falken Tire S14 to the top position with a qualify score of 97.5, one of the best so far this season. Fredric Aasbo slid into second in…

Driven Show: Winnipeg

Driven Show returned to Winnipeg for its third stop of their 2017 event tour, where it consisted of an indoor auto show, outdoor festival and drift demo from professional drivers at the Red River Exhibition Park. The location provided the event organizers ample space to host a drift demonstration, and the weather was perfect for tire shredding for hours. These guys did not hold back one bit; the engine bay of one of the cars caught fire as they were mid-way through a tandem! It’s safe to say that Winnipeg is not shy of heavy hitters in the car scene.…
