Tuner Showcase 2015: Vancouver, BC

The first annual Tuner Showcase, co-located with the Vancouver International Auto Show (VIAS) at the award-winning, green-designed and state-of-the-art Vancouver Convention Centre on the waterfront in beautiful downtown Vancouver, British Columbia on Mar 24th-29th, was facilitated by Josh Chow of Drive Marketing Group. Photos by Monique Song & Takuya Photography / Drive Marketing Group This medley of trendsetting street cars, highly modified super cars and tuned motorsport cars not only struck curiosity (and education) to the average consumer/attendee, but also the interest of the hobbyists in aftermarket and modified culture. DMCC 2014 Round 6: Ste-Pie, QC

Written by Jeremy Alan Glover | Photos by Jeremy Alan Glover The 6th and Final Round of the 2014 DMCC series took place on September 13, 2014 at the Sanair Raceway in Ste-Pie, QC, located just south of Montreal. The day started off not too bad; it was grey and cold but at least it was dry. Practice started off great but some of the drivers were having a hard time dealing with the course layout the judges had set-up. Half way through practice, the judges ended up changing the layout out from a more technical entry to a higher-speed…

DMCC Round 4 2012: Victoriaville, QC

Round 4 of the DMCC series took place in Victoriaville Quebec which is about half way between Montreal and Quebec City. It is the second year that the series makes it way here and judging from last year it was going to be a awesome event. What is special about this event is that there is not a race track in Victoriaville so a track layout is constructed in a snow dump that does not get used in the summer.. Everything from the grand stands to the restaurants gets trucked in to turn something boring into a full on race…

MFest Philippines 2014: Mabalacat City, Pampanga

MFest founder, Chris Naguit, played point man in getting the MFest event overseas to the Clark International Speedway, a former U.S. Military Base, in Mabalacat City, Pampanga in The Philippines on April 12-13, 2014. MFest has a tendancy to bring out the nicest BMWs anywhere. While you should already know about MFest VIII, which most recently took place in Las Vegas, NV, you might be surprised to know that it also held an event a month prior. Where, you ask? Well, it might surprise you to know that The Philippines hosted the first MFest competition out of the U.S. ever!…
