KMS Drift Championship Series 2012

KMS stormed into Georgia on Feb. 11 to bring its first drift event of the 2012 KMS Drift Championship Series to South Georgia MotorSports Park. Spectators from all over endured the frigid and windy temperatures to watch drifters navigate through the challenging course and drag racers fly down the strip. Also adding to this spectacular event were the numerous car show and sound off competitors who used their rides to express their personal style by with both interior and exterior customization to bring life to their unique vision. Special thanks to Domino’s and Wing Stop who sponsored the pizza and…

WaterWerks on the Green 2012

The day was excellent despite about an hour and a half of pouring rain at the beginning of the day. By 9:30am the clouds parted and the sun came out unveiling the gorgeous back drop of Mount Si. (aka Twin Peaks, as Hollywood called it from the 1990’s hit TV show and movie) The early morning rain caused us many challenges throughout the day. DMCC 2014 Round 1: Ste-Croix, QC

Besides the wet conditions, the event itself started off good. During the first driver’s meeting of the day, I spotted Scion Racing driver, Pat Cyr, out with his FR-S and showing-off its new livery. The judges made it very clear to the drivers that with the wet conditions they were going…

Battle at the Border 2010

The annual event this year proved to be a staple in the automotive event scene to stay around for years to come. It is one of the only shows to see some amazing machines that we would never typically see here in Canada. A single day event included seven hours of show/drift/drag/stunts and some drooling over one off customs in between, the Battle at the Border gets a different crowd every year. Mixed in with the local cars with custom body kits and airbrushing are some of the most amazing SEMA level cars, some are from local builders, others are on…
